In most cases, you’ll receive a call from your Partner Practitioner within an hour of making a request. However, keep in mind Partner Practitioners are online 6am-midnight and demand fluctuates. So, if a Partner Practitioner doesn’t get to you on the day, you’ll get a call the following day.
